FURNISH SOLUTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

A: SERVICES

A1.0 Furnish Solutions is to provide Furniture, Accessories and Presentation of goods, authorised by the client, at the rate agreed in the quote, for a minimum hire period of 4 weeks

A2.0 Furnish Solutions will be responsible for delivery and pick up of goods, unless otherwise agreed.

B: RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT

B1.0 The CLIENT is responsible for any defects that existed in the premises prior to the delivery of furniture, regardless of whether the client was aware of the defects.

B2.0 If prints or artwork is included in the quote, appropriate picture hooks will be affixed to the wall by Furnish Solutions. Furnish Solutions will not be responsible for any damage to walls as a result of affixing or removal of hooks.

B3.0 Prior to the commencement of the works, it is the responsibility of the CLIENT for removal of any valuable or breakable items from the project site and the CLIENT will be responsible for any damages that may arise to any valuables or breakable items left at the project site.

B4.0 The CLIENT will be responsible to keep the hire goods in good and proper order for the hire period.

B5.0 Should the hire goods become damaged, other than fair wear and tear, the CLIENT will be deemed responsible and continue hiring the hire goods at the rate agreed, until the client pays for the repair or replacement of damaged goods.

B6.0 Removal of any hire goods from the premises is prohibited without prior written authorisation from Furnish Solutions.

B7.0 Any hire goods missing at the end of hire period will be deemed lost or stolen and the responsibility of the CLIENT.

C: VARIATION TO THE PACKAGE

C1.0 Where any decision, request or requirement of the CLIENT requires changes to the hire package, at the sole discretion of FURNISH SOLUTIONS, the CLIENT will authorise that variation in writing prior to the decision, request or requirement being implemented.

C2.0 If the variation incurs an additional fee to this agreement, FURNISH SOLUTIONS will promptly notify the CLIENT, who will communicate its acceptance in writing prior to works commencement

 

D: FEE CONDITIONS

D1.0 Furniture Hire fees must be paid in full 3 business days prior to delivery. Payment can be made via Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX) or via EFT. Funds must be cleared prior to delivery. Pay Later is also available with our partner Salefunder

D2.0 Pay Later is available with our partner Salefunder. Subject to Credit Criteria, Terms Apply.  Credit Licence ACL 526858

D3.0 Should the CLIENT cancel the Service prior to the 4 week hire period, the CLIENT will not be entitled to any refund.

E: TERMINATION

E1.0 This Agreement may be terminated by Furnish Solutions if:

  1. (i)  any fees remain outstanding for more than 14 days

  2. (ii)  there is any breach of the terms and condition of this agreement

  3. (iii)  if any hire goods are lost, stolen or destroyed.

E2.0 Upon termination of this Agreement, the CLIENT grants FURNISH SOLUTIONS a right to exercise any rights in relation to the hire goods, including to repossess the hire goods before the expiration of the hire period. Furnish Solutions will be entitled to reimbursement for any loss and expense reasonably incurred as a consequence of termination.

F: INDEMNITY

F1.0 The CLIENT will indemnify FURNISH SOLUTIONS for all claims, action or demands arising upon Furnish Solutions exercising its rights hereunder in relation to the hire goods
